About Life with Solomon Omogboye

Solomon Omogboye is a Nigerian artist currently working full time in South Africa. He has had several solo exhibitions and notable sales - come a long way since his days of teaching art full time in Secondary schools in Nigeria. And we’re proud to see it.

Solomon’s paintings are really about life. His style is so unique - focusing on portraiture of young children who are at the cusp, the beginning, of their lives. With this explosion of youth and hopefulness across all his paintings, the African artist urges everyone to live, strife for better, and handle challenges boldly.
