Life and Divinity by Arclight

Versatility is the name of the game for Lagos-based digital artist, a.k.a. Arclight. His work ranges from collage, to mixed media, and photographs juxtaposed with paint. His subjects are the blackest of night, contrasting beautifully with the burst of colors in the background and all around them.

Some of his work are fantastical, depicting themes of the divinity of the Black Man, with his place amongst mythical gods. Others show that divinity in the harmony between man and nature. Yet others showcase urban life - that divinity somehow brought to reality in our everyday living.
