Stay Home with Dennis Osadebe

Nigerian artist, Dennis Osadebe, is pop art personified. His work always makes you pause and think ‘what’s going on’? Osadebe always puts on a light spin, even when he’s representing a heavy topic. His signature themes have revolved around the future of Africa being infused with both tradition and innovation, as evidenced in the constant presence of African masks and space helmets.

These recent 2020 works have kept these themes but again with a light note, many of which revolved around staying at home - a necessity during the current Covid-19 pandemic.
