His creations capture the vibrant yet challenging reality of these communities. He portrays the lively and bustling atmosphere of the townships but also doesn’t shy away from depicting the hardships and inequalities these communities face. Both energy and resilience are evident in the daily lives he illustrates - from the bustle of a bus ride to a mother burdened by work and a native man trying to survive amidst modernisation.
