Ivorian photographer, Jean-David Niangoran, creates the most otherworldly horizons and vistas using his digital art. His lakes are yellow and gold, rocks are skylight blue, oceans are blood-tinted red, and sands are dark pink. The worlds he spins makes us imagine what other planes and planets might look like if they came in different lights and colours.

And in all of these, Black men and women thrive regardless of whether they are modern and moving with the times, or immersed in ancestral rituals that scream of spirituality.
