Adrodisiak Collection by Raquel Assanoua

Liberian-born American artist, Raquel Assanoua is a digital illustrator who is using her art to celebrate and uplift women of color. This is a worthy cause to get behind because there isn’t enough representation about this in mainstream media.

We absolutely love her 2019 ‘Afrodisiak’ collection which showcases portraits of Black women in many regal forms - beautifully adorned in tribal jewelry, and crowned with the most beautiful African hairstyles you’ve ever seen!
