We’ve fallen for Oliv Barros’ digital collages before, and his more recent 2023 pieces keep the spirit of his artful digital cutouts alive. But this time, the Brazilian digital artist takes on a more sombre tone to beautifully describe the intersection between ancient African deities and modern living. His works impart different interpretations on each viewer, but we see strength and hope being drawn from these deities - attributes we all need as we navigate life.
