The Community with Terence Maluleke

South African visual artist and painter, Terence Maluleke, immortalises the life and sense of community in his Township. A takes a page off cubism and makes it his own with his geometric and one-dimensional lines, brought to life by a myriad of colours - as colourful as daily life in the Townships.

The comings and goings that Terence depicts range from his works ‘carried’ and ‘the ones left behind’ which tells stories of burials, to friendship, camaraderie through sports, and the all-powerful concept of religion.
